This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the location near the sea with a beautiful view was breathtaking. I loved waking up to the sight of the sparkling blue water from my room's balcony. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, which really added to the overall comfort of my stay. And lastly, I have to mention the delicious breakfast with a nice view. The lady running the place made sure to cater to my preferences and provided a breakfast that was both tasty and satisfying.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The owner was extremely helpful but could only speak Croation and German. She was as helpul as possible even doing our washing. Breakfast was inclueded adn was very good.
It is a fair way out of town and the shoreline down the lane is mainly conreted.

Great breakfasts, different every day and in front of the sea..The best ones we had during our trip. Excellent small bedroom with fridge, air conditioning and a firm matress. Sea view only from the second floor. Great location to reach Split by car in about 15 min. Possible gentle walk along the sea till the Meridien hotel and a luxuous marina. Not much more around apart the Grand Casino Lav and 2 restaurants: a pizzeria which is ok and the outrageously expensive Arkada restaurant (looks nicer than it really is). The owner speaks german and other staff english
To find the hotel, you must know it is next to hotel Eden, or use the coordonates in a TomTom as Postrana is pretty much on a very long road, and with lots of places offering rooms.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming pension near the sea in Croatia. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the water with beautiful beaches. The hotel had private parking available, which was very convenient. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The room was small but spotlessly clean, and we even had a balcony with a nice view. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with a good variety of options each day. One morning, we were treated to a wonderful omelette made by the owner herself. this hotel provided excellent value for money and attention to detail.
No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.

Great breakfast and helpful staff. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the beach and with nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the air conditioning was a nice touch. it was a comfortable and affordable option for a city trip.
The rooms were quite small and the balconies didn't offer much space. Wi-Fi was not always reliable.

- great location near the beaches of Podstrana, beautiful big breakfast, right next to the bus stop to/from Split.
- The hotel staff didn't speak much English but it wasn't really an issue. 15 miniutes by bus from Split, this can extend to 25 minutes depending on traffic.

friendly receptionist
It needs to follow the international standards to become 3 star hotel. Needs more comforts in room. the first night i did not sleep because the bed was noisy and the reception called the next morning the carpenter who fixed it

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a charming hotel near the sea with a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I particularly loved having a balcony where I could admire the stunning scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. One highlight was the delicious breakfast, served with a lovely view. I especially appreciated the fresh bread and mouthwatering omelette that was made to order. It was a truly delightful experience.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The location is good with an easy walk to the water. Our breakfasts served on the balcony were different each day and excellent. We were made very welcome and really enjoyed ourselves.
We were expecting a small bathroom and were not surprised. It would have been nice to have had a bigger choice of restaurants within walking distance.

The service and facilities were top class. The breakfast served at the terrace was very good. The hotel is located close to the water (about 30 meters), but you have to walk a few hundred meters along the beach to find a good spot, this was nothing that we found negative. It is really easy to travel to and from Split, with the local buses or the private shuttles Dalmatinac (same price, 12 Kuna), and it takes about 15-20 minutes depending on the traffic situation. The owner does not speak english, but speaks german. It is still not much of a problem since the cleaning woman speaks english and were very helpful. We can strongly recommend this accomodation!
